Sheldon Adkins, LPC

Sheldon Adkins is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University and earned a Master's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Sheldon has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 27 years. Sheldon primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with other therapy methods. He frequently works with clients struggling with depression and anxiety and couples experiencing marital difficulties.

Sheldon has been married to his wife, Christi, for 27 years and they have two sons, Daniel, 23 and Cole, 20.  They enjoy baseball and serving each summer in Catacamas, Honduras with Mission Predisan.Jesus replied: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it: "Love your neighbor as yourself." Matthew 22:37-39​
